The Redemption Tactical® CRUSADER 2.0® V4 is the latest evolution of our original plate carrier design—developed with input from experienced veterans and continually refined through feedback from military, law-enforcement, and tactical users in the field.
The Crusader platform has been put to work in demanding real-world environments, including use by personnel in Ukraine during the ongoing war, as well as by law-enforcement officers, military personnel, and other professional users throughout the US.
That real-world feedback has helped us continually improve our Crusader 2.0® durability, comfort, fit, and functionality.
Built for durability, mobility, and rapid access, the Crusader 2.0 combines Mil-Spec materials, YKK® zippers, Duraflex® buckles, laser-cut MOLLE, integrated storage, and a rapid-release system into a streamlined, mission-ready platform.
RAPID-RELEASE SYSTEM
Quick-release buckles are located at both the shoulders and waist, allowing the carrier to be removed rapidly when needed—particularly useful for emergency medical access, rapid gear removal, or quickly getting out of the carrier.

The Crusader 2.0® is constructed using rugged Mil-Spec fabric and premium components, including:
- YKK® zippers
- Duraflex® buckles
- Laser-cut MOLLE attachment system
- Reinforced plate compartments
- Breathable interior mesh padding
The laser-cut MOLLE system provides a clean, low-profile platform for mounting additional pouches and mission-specific equipment while keeping gear tight against the carrier.

TRIPLE DOUBLE-STACK MAG POUCH — INCLUDED
The removable front placard provides storage for:
3 AR-style rifle magazines + 3 pistol magazines
The placard attaches directly to the front of the carrier using the integrated buckle system, making it easy to configure or replace depending on your loadout.
SIDE CUMMERBUND WITH SIDE-PLATE POCKETS
The adjustable cummerbund includes integrated side-plate pockets designed to accommodate 6x6 or 6x8 side plates.
A secure hook-and-loop closure helps keep the cummerbund firmly positioned while allowing adjustment for different body sizes and equipment configurations.
INTEGRATED ZIPPERED ADMIN POUCH
A streamlined zippered admin compartment is built directly into the carrier, providing convenient storage for smaller mission-essential items without requiring another bulky external pouch.
BREATHABLE ANTI-SWEAT MESH PADDING
Integrated black mesh pads create separation between the carrier and your body to improve airflow and help distribute the load more comfortably during extended wear.

BALLISTIC PLATE COMPATIBILITY
STANDARD CRUSADER 2.0 — 10x12
Designed for standard 10x12 ballistic plates up to 1 inch thick in both the front and rear compartments.
Adjustable fit accommodates approximately XS through XL body sizes.
Note: The Standard Crusader 2.0® does not fit our Extra Large 10x13.5 plates.
CRUSADER 2.0 XL — UP TO 11x14
Our XL carrier accommodates 10x12 plates as well as plates up to 11x14.
Designed primarily for approximately Large through XXL users, with an adjustable waist for proper fit.
The XL version does not include integrated side-plate pouches, but compatible side-plate pouches are available separately.
XL currently available in Black and OCP Camo.

IMPORTANT BALLISTIC PROTECTION NOTICE
A plate carrier by itself does not provide ballistic protection.
Ballistic protection requires compatible ballistic armor plates to be properly installed in the carrier. Armor plates are sold separately unless specifically stated as included with the product configuration you are purchasing.
Always verify that your armor plates are the correct size, thickness, and configuration for your carrier before use.
