At Longhorn Defense, we work hard to get your gear out fast and on time we are a smaller business so if there are some delays, please know we are trying our hardest, and there may be a influx of orders at that time. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
Processing Time
Most orders take 2–3 business days to process before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance or location.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@longhorndefenseteam.com with the correct address.
If your order has not been processed yet, we’ll update it for you.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Address corrections may delay shipping by 1–2 additional business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, refused deliveries, or packages lost or delayed in transit. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and are not recoverable once your order has been shipped. Why?
As a small business, we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are not recoverable once an order has been shipped. For this reason, original shipping charges are not refundable for cancellations or returns. In cases where the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will make it right.
Sales / Batch Orders (Preorders – Ship at Future Date)
Batch orders and preorder items are products that are sold in advance and shipped within the time window listed on the product page. These items are typically made-to-order and offered at a significant discount.
Because these products are produced and allocated specifically based on order volume:
Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours from the time of purchase.
After 6 hours, your order enters processing and materials/work allocation begins.
All batch/preorder sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each product page and orders will ship within the stated window.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Please double-check all information — including your address, items, and payment details — before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues
- Once it's delivered, we are not responsible for anything that happens to your order, e.g., theft or damage, unless a limited warranty was purchased at checkout
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
If you don’t see a tracking email within 2–3 business days, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us if needed.
Weekends & Holidays
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
