At Longhorn Defense, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Our goal is to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase, but we also have to keep things fair and sanitary for all customers.
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Be in the original packaging with all included accessories or tags. Please note: If we receive the return package and its clearly been opened, used , or shows signs of damage, we will not be refunding your order.
Sales / Batch Orders (Preorders – Ship at Future Date)
Batch orders and preorder items are products that are sold in advance and shipped within the time window listed on the product page. These items are typically made-to-order and offered at a significant discount.
Because these products are produced and allocated specifically based on order volume:

Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours from the time of purchase.

After 6 hours, your order enters processing and materials/work allocation begins.

All batch/preorder sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each product page and orders will ship within the stated window.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, refused deliveries, or packages lost or delayed in transit. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx Ex..) and are not recoverable once your order has been shipped.
If the product has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear, it cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items that have been carried, loaded, or otherwise tested in any way.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
All bore sighters sales are final as we cannot take them back, as we ship them out due to security reasons. If anything is ever on a final sale or non-refundable it will be labeled on the product page
Return Review Process
To initiate a return, email our team at support@longhorndefenseteam.com
with your order number and a brief explanation. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
If additional information is requested to determine return eligibility, customers must respond within 7 days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the return request may be denied or closed.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your return doesn’t meet the above conditions, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
